Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives
across HR Outsourcing (HRO) programs, including transition, stabilization, and
optimization phases.
Analyze current HR processes (Hire-to-Retire
lifecycle) and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and
efficiency improvement.
Design and implement target operating models
(TOM) aligned with business and client objectives.
Drive process re-engineering using best
practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR,
IT, Finance, vendors) to ensure seamless transformation delivery.
Manage transitions and migrations, including
knowledge transfer, documentation, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, data
privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in HRO / HR Transformation /
Shared Services setup
Hands-on experience in process improvement
methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma preferred)
Experience in HRIS implementations or
migrations
Strong project management skills (Agile,
Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills
Ability to manage global or multi-country HR
operations
