Analyst - Internal Audit (SOX & Compliance)

We are seeking an experienced Analyst - Internal Audit (SOX & Compliance) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, SOX compliance, and compliance with 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and assess risks to the organization, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve internal controls.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain audit plans, schedules, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, SOX compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
