strong in senior leadership roles.
Proven
experience building and scaling India-based product and engineering
organizations for global companies.
Experience
in payments, fintech, SaaS, or regulated technology environments.
Experience
working closely with executive leadership teams in the US and EU.
Strong
background in platforms, enterprise software, or large-scale technology
systems.
Demonstrated
success operating in matrixed, global organizations with distributed
decision-making.
Deep
understanding of modern product development practices (Agile, DevOps,
cloud-native architectures).
Experience in
managing high availability systems & familiarity with payments industry
regulations
