Location – Chennai/Gurgaon
 
Key Responsibilities:
11+ year experience in US Life & Annuity
Lead and manage team leads and associates supporting Life Insurance and Annuity operation
Comprehensive knowledge of Life & Annuity processes, including product knowledge, is critical to driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Drive SLA adherence, cycle‑time improvements, quality outcomes, and cost efficiency
Drive workforce planning, capacity modelling, and resource alignment to meet evolving client demands.
Establish strong governance, risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation efforts to enhance service delivery and operational resilience.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, improve retention rates, and support business growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—including operations, compliance, IT, and HR—to align efforts and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
Hands-on experience in identification of RPA, Analytics & AIML opportunities, collaborating end-to-end execution of transformation projects working along with technology teams
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex operational matters, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption.
