Define and standardize recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and priorities.
Build strong relationships to influence and manage expectations.
Ensure timely and quality closure of positions across multiple business units.
Act as the go-to expert for TA systems (ATS), workflows, and reporting.
Audit recruitment practices for consistency and quality.
Optimize usage of ATS and recruitment technology.
Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide actionable insights.
