Job Title: BFSI Presales - Senior manager/AGM/AVP - Chennai/Mumbai

Job Brief

Support Pre-Sales (BFSI BPS) with strong Banking and Insurance domain expertise across Business Operations with overall experience in BFSI BPS industry of 15-17 Years.

Sound knowledge of BPO back office and/or Contact Centers functioning and experience in Innovation and Solution Design/Development.

Candidates will handle medium to large deals, assess the specs, propose solutioning, and create transformation led proposals.

Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales teams and Domain Centre of Excellence (CoE) to design optimal, transformative business solutions and proposals.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Strong experience in the BFSI BPS domain with excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.

In-depth understanding of pre-Sales and solutioning within BFSI BPS.

Strong technology understanding, including AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Working knowledge of change management and adoption frameworks for large‑scale transformations.

Strong storytelling and executive‑level solution articulation skills.

Sound knowledge of solution levers required to build winning and differentiated proposals.

Exposure to commercial and pricing models relevant to BFSI BPS engagements.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a networked, multi-stakeholder organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Willingness to work flexible hours to support multiple geographies.

Ability to work in high‑pressure, bid‑driven environments with tight timelines and competing priorities.
