Job description
Roles and
Responsibilities
Understand
client requirements and develop customized solutions for sourcing and
procurement or Supply chain.
Create
proposals, presentations, and value propositions to address client needs.
5–8 years of experience in sourcing
& procurement across strategic sourcing, operations, or supply chain
Exposure to solution design / presales
with hands-on involvement in RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
Experience in category management,
sourcing strategy, savings initiatives, or process improvement projects
Strong analytical capability with
hands-on experience in spend analysis and data-driven insights
Working knowledge of cost models, TCO,
supplier evaluation, and productivity metrics
Ability to support effort estimation,
pricing, and commercial model development using benchmarks
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
for solution decks, commercials, and proposal artefacts
Familiarity with procurement platforms
such as SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or SAP-SRM
Exposure to digital procurement levers
including AI/ML, RPA, GenAI, and transformation initiatives (preferred)
