Job description
Responsible
for service delivery and customer delight for multiple process owners
Ensure
process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives
Ensure
timely and effective monitoring, reporting and planning of Operational system
Demonstrates
strong understanding of industry‑level
SLA and reporting metrics.
Capable of
tracking process performance, defining improvement actions, and ensuring
consistent delivery against contractual SLAs.
Support
the quality team to develop, implement and maintain a quality plan to
standardize process quality systems and
policies across locations
Establish
strong relationship with clients
Ensure
timely intervention and resolution of client escalations
Maximize same account revenue growth
