F&A Lead - Sales Enablement

We are seeking an experienced F&A Lead - Sales Enablement to join our team in Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales Enablement, and Offering & Product Strategy. This role will involve providing strategic financial guidance to the sales team and driving business growth through effective sales enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support sales growth and business expansion
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the sales team to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and offering development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives and sales leaders
  • Provide consulting and advisory services to support sales team development and business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales Enablement, and Offering & Product Strategy
  • Strong background in RTR (Revenue Recognition), OTC (Over-the-Counter), and PTP (Product Transition Planning)
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective sales enablement initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities
