AVP - HR Data Science & Analytics

We are seeking an experienced AVP - HR Data Science - Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and HR Analytics, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR data science strategies to drive business decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Design and execute predictive analytics models to identify trends and patterns in HR data.
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data science into business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR data science and machine learning.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills in data science and HR analytics.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and HR Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and talent analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
