Job Title – Sourcing & Procurement – AGM – Bangalore

18 Years Extensive experience in Source to Procure (Strategic sourcing / Contract mgmt., Procurement operations and spend analytics)

Proven track record of delivering results and has experience of working within a service delivery environment

Agility to handle number of tasks simultaneously and to prioritize effectively.

Preference will be given to candidates with transition experience and knowledge of tools and platforms including SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa etc.

Global outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working

Managing large client engagements with global delivery centers

Lead large cross-functional projects with risks identification & mitigation and complexity to achieve milestones and objectives

Lead and drive growth and transformation for the account

Responsible for client engagement delivering value beyond contractually agreed metrics

Drive transformation including automation and digital interventions

Lead and participate in cross sell / upsell activities within the accounts

Anticipates internal/external business and regulatory/compliance issues; recommends transformation, product, process or service improvements

Support new deals / RFPs from delivery perspective

Challenges current services, technologies or products and recommends alternative solutions

Increasing staff motivation and morale through effective performance appraisal and career development by training, coaching, providing feedback and integrating reward systems

Strong exposure in creating a high performance-driven culture, employee engagement & customer centricity

Coaching and motivating the team, optimally deploying for project requirements

Act as the single point of accountability for senior client stakeholders.

Manage relationships with CPOs, Procurement Heads, Finance Leaders, and Business Executives.

Lead executive reviews, QBRs, and governance forums.

The Delivery Leader – Sourcing & Procurement is responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership of global sourcing and procurement operations across multiple clients or business units.

The role ensures operational excellence, SLA adherence, stakeholder satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement and digital transformation across procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa.
