Job Title: Delivery Lead (Contract Management – LPS) – AGM

Location: Mumbai

Candidate Specification:

Candidate with minimum 15+ Years of experience, with core experience into Legal process.(including min 6 years of experience in BPS industry - recent)

Expertise in Contract Management (Buy-Side), responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and transformation of contract lifecycle management operations supporting procurement and sourcing organizations.

The role owns contract drafting, redlining, negotiation support, execution governance, and post-award contract administration, with a strong focus on IT commodities and professional services contracts for the US market.

This position requires deep expertise in legal contracting, commercial negotiations, CLM platforms, and the ability to lead large, multi-geography delivery teams while partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business stakeholders.

Own end-to-end delivery of contract management services across global clients or business units.

Manage contract operations covering:

Contract intake and triage

Drafting and redlining of supplier contracts o Negotiation support and issue resolution

Contract execution and repository management

Drive standardization and scalability of contract delivery processes.

Lead and oversee redlining of supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments.

Support and govern commercial and legal negotiations with suppliers.

Handle complex clauses related to:

Liability, indemnity, IP, data protection, and confidentiality

Pricing, termination, audit, and risk provisions

Provide escalation support for high-risk or non-standard contractual positions.

Deep expertise in contracting, particularly for:

IT commodities (hardware, software, licensing)

Professional services (IT services, consulting, managed services)

Ensure contracts align with procurement policies, legal standards, and risk frameworks.

Partner with Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.

Ensure SLA, TAT, quality, and compliance adherence across contract workflows.
