The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, sales strategy management, and sales and marketing. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, managing service operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitability and growth in a luxury car dealership environment.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the luxury car dealership
  • Manage sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage service operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • 20-25 years of experience in a luxury car dealership or related industry
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of driving profitability and growth in a luxury car dealership environment
  • Strong background in business operations, sales strategy management, and sales and marketing
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
