We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our luxury car dealership in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, workshop management, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective workshop strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute market penetration strategies
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement leadership and team development programs to enhance staff skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in luxury car dealership operations, sales and marketing, and leadership
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, management)
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective workshop strategies and market penetration plans
