Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, Mac Admin, and Mac OS
  • Configure and manage VPN connections for users
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Mac Admin, and Mac OS
  • Experience with VPN configuration and management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
