Technical Support
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow, Mac Admin, and Mac OS
- Configure and manage VPN connections for users
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Mac Admin, and Mac OS
- Experience with VPN configuration and management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
