Solution Architect Infra

•        Experience in presales solution in multiple towers such as Compute, Storage, Network, Database, Service Desk and end user services.

•        Carry expertise in analysing ticket data and identifying nuances in the current environment and propose solutions that would mitigate those challenges

•        Techno commercial capability with Customer interaction & solution presentation skills.

•        Good knowledge on various service assurance, automation tools, ITIL / ITSM process.

•        Good knowledge on various pricing models, IT spend analysis, business case development, TCO and ROI analysis.

•        Good knowledge on industry IT trends, Analyst reports and various TPA processes such as Gartner, Everest, Forrester, ISG, BCG, HfS, IDC etc.

•        Should be Independent Contributor and an effective Team Player who is a self-starter.
