AVP - Supply Chain Management
We are seeking an experienced and skilled AVP - Supply Chain Management to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations. The role will involve strategic planning, process improvement, and leadership of the supply chain function.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage the supply chain function, including logistics, procurement, and materials management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze and interpret data to inform supply chain decisions and drive business growth
- Manage and optimize supply chain operations, including demand planning and supply chain planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Implement and maintain supply chain management systems, including o9
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the supply chain function
Requirements
- 10-18 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, supply chain planning, and materials management
- Experience with supply chain management systems, including o9
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
