Roles and Responsibilities
 
Responsible for end-to-end service delivery across Quote to Cash (Q2C), focused on Deal Management, Volume Licensing, Contract Management, Pricing Operations.
Support Stakeholder management both client and internal, ensuring operational performance against KPIs, driving transformation initiatives, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Oversee billing operations and dispute resolution, ensuring timely invoicing, issue resolution, and minimal revenue leakage.
Manage and facilitate governance frameworks, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and executive reporting.
Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and process optimization to deliver measurable business outcomes.
 
Skill Set
 
End-to-end understanding of the Q2C lifecycle including deal structuring, order management, billing, and collections.
Strong experience in deal shaping, volume licensing, and license provisioning.
Ability to manage complex pricing models, discounting structures, and pricing governance.
Proficiency in invoicing processes, reconciliation, and resolving customer disputes efficiently.
