Job description
Roles and
Responsibilities
To plan, execute and track each aspect of
training processes in the account.
To lead and
develop a team of trainers mapped directly or have indirect reporting.
To deploy action plans basis the identified gaps to resolve
the identified risks and issues.
To ensure all deliverables are delivered
on time.
To Coordinate
between multiple projects to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
To ensure all
project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Must Have skills
Candidates must
possess a bachelor’s degree in any field.
Should have recent
and minimum 15yrs experience in managing the training function.
Must be excellent
in MS office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Should have experience
in training scheduling, Project managing and reporting.
Should interface
effectively and professionally with all levels of management both
internally and externally.
