Job Title: - Junior Accounts

Candidate Specifications: Candidate
should have minimum 5-8 years of experience. Graduation – Finance.
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
Proficiency in accounting software: SAP.
Maintain accounts payable (AP) sub-ledger and reconcile with the
general ledger (GL).
Pass journal entries for Customer payments, prepayments, accruals,
and adjustments.
Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions in
ERP/accounting software.
Record and track incoming payments from customers. Handle customer queries related to billing
and payments.
Process credit notes, refunds, and adjustments. Prepare and share
Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,
formulas).
Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-based
invoice tools).
Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or
RPA platforms is an advantage.
Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, RPA bots) to
automate invoice processing, reminders, and reconciliation workflows.
