Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Strong experience across end-to-end Hire
to Retire (H2R) lifecycle, with ability to map and redesign HR processes.
Proven exposure to Employee Experience
(EX) / Employee Journey Mapping, focusing on improving lifecycle touchpoints.
Hands-on expertise in HR Tech / HCM
platforms (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow HRSD).
Experience in HR Transformation / Process
Reengineering, including automation and digitization initiatives.
Ability to design scalable HR solutions
by analysing business requirements and aligning with digital frameworks.
Strong exposure to Presales / Solutioning,
including RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
Experience in client-facing consulting,
conducting workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
Knowledge of HR analytics, workforce
insights, and data-driven decision-making, supporting business outcomes.
