Admin & HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced Admin & HR Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in providing executive support, calendar management, vendor management, travel coordination, office administration, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office administration, including minutes of meetings (MoM), invoices, and other documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist with HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Manage facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of office premises.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and office administration software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
