Job description
Job title: - SCM – Assistant Manager/Manager - Bangalore/Chennai
Candidate Specification & Job Description:
Candidate Must have 8 – 12 Years of experience in SCM.
candidate must have hands-on experience running outsourced
Retail/ CPG supply chain Operations teams, own day-to-day KPI performance,
leads continuous improvement.
Prior experience with retail Supply Chain platforms
Exposure to AI/ML in supply chain operations
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder
management.
Analytical rigor with data-driven problem-solving.
Proficiency in KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and
governance tools.
Strong communication/presentation for executive/client
interactions.
Proven track record owning and exceeding business KPIs
(forecast accuracy, fill rate, in- stocks, inventory metrics) in large-scale
retail / CPG environments.
Experience managing global delivery teams in
planning/replenishment/ logistics functions. Strong domain knowledge in retail
levers: promotions, seasonality, assortment, omnichannel, vendor collaboration.
Certifications: APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean/Six Sigma, or
equivalent.
