Job Title: Transition Manager

Location: Chennai

Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities:

Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM

Candidate should have 3+ years in transition/project management roles

Candidate should have experience working with US healthcare clients and exposure to end-to-end RCM lifecycle

Transition & Migration

Lead planning and execution of RCM process transitions (onsite → offshore / vendor → captive)

Develop transition plans, timelines, and governance structures

Manage due diligence, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies

Ensure successful knowledge transfer (KT) and documentation

RCM Process Expertise

Oversee transitions across RCM functions:

Ensure adherence to payer guidelines and US healthcare regulations (HIPAA)

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between client, onshore teams, and offshore delivery

Conduct regular governance calls and status reporting

Manage client expectations and ensure SLA alignment

Project Management

Drive transitions using structured methodologies (PMI / PRINCE2 / Six Sigma preferred)

Track milestones, deliverables, and transition KPIs

Ensure timelines, cost, and quality targets are met

Quality & Compliance

Ensure process compliance with HIPAA and internal policies

Implement quality frameworks and audit mechanisms

Support process stabilization and continuous improvement

Team Leadership

Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, training, quality)

Mentor transition leads and SMEs

Support hiring and ramp-up planning

Candidate should be flexible working in night shifts.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commerce, or related field)

MBA / PMP / Six Sigma certification (preferred)
