Manager - Instructional Design

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Instructional Design to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with expertise in creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training programs, and other educational resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop content that meets those objectives.
  • Create storyboards and prototypes to visualize the learning experience and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery of instructional materials.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on e-learning and training development.
  • Expertise in Articulate Storyline and other e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
