Job description

 Design, develop, and maintain robust MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for various departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations).
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within all management information systems.
Standardize data collection procedures and implement quality control measures.
 Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement, translating complex data into actionable insights for management.
Fulfill ad-hoc data requests and generate specialized reports as required by stakeholders.
Proven experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating complex data sets.
Experience with database administration, including performance tuning and security management.
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is desirable.
