VP - SCM Order Management
We are seeking an experienced and skilled VP - Order Management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order Management, Supply Chain Management, and Six Sigma. The role will involve overseeing the entire order management process, from supply chain delivery to replenishment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective order management strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of order management professionals to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and replenishment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, and logistics, to optimize order management processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality order management services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 15-25 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in implementing order management strategies and improving supply chain efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain delivery, replenishment, and buyer roles.
