Job description
Job Title – HRO Pre Sales- Talent Acquisition- AGM/AVP
Location – Pan India
Key
roles and responsibility:
12-20 years’ experience in the Talent Acquisition domain /
consulting / delivery
Any Bachelor Degree, Master’s degree preferred
Work with Solutions team to help create Talent Acquisition
solutions for clients (typically large clients with high volume global hiring)
Create custom TA solutions based on intended target industry
and talent segment, provide deep and competitive solution insights for the
solutions team
Suggest and create clear workflows in the overall Talent
Acquisition and Onboarding process aligned with industry best practices,
benchmarks, and process and technology trends for sales cycles and current
client delivery
Act as Subject Matter Expert for TA for client presentations
during sales cycle and due diligence phase
Keep updated with relevant and contemporary competitive
analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its
competitors.
Scope for differentiated solutions, make compelling pitches
to present the TA and overall integrated HR solution to existing and
prospective clients
Prepare for meetings and present tailored communications to
address business needs of potential clients
Interact closely with the Solutions and Transformation team
to develop and deploy new / custom tech solutions
Identify key metrics that impact HR and business and design
offerings for high positive impact
Skills Required:
Able to communicate well with senior internal and external
stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Ability to understand business processes and business
problems
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and be able to represent the
organization in multiple ongoing projects
Ability to understand and capture business requirements, and
liaise with technical and transformation teams to translate them into products
and offerings
