Partner Alliance - VP
Candidate Specification&
Job Responsibilities:
22+ years of experience in
alliances, partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles, preferably
within IT services, consulting, or technology companies
Proven experience working
with global technology partners and enterprise customers
Strong understanding of
enterprise GTM models, co-selling, and solution-led selling
Experience working with
F&A vendors
Exposure to industry
verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences, or Telecom
Familiarity with CRM, partner
management tools, and pipeline analytics
Experience operating in a
large global SI environment
Key Roles &
Responsibilities:
Own and manage strategic
relationships with global technology partners (e.g., hyperscalers, ISVs, OEMs,
platforms) aligned to industry and service-line priorities.
Define alliance strategy,
objectives, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
Build multi-year joint
business plans, including revenue targets, solution roadmaps, and GTM
initiatives.
Drive joint go-to-market
(GTM) motions including co-selling, joint account planning, campaigns, and
industry-specific solutions.
Support sales teams with
partner-led opportunities, deal shaping, and executive connect.
Track and grow
partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
Act as the single point of
contact between partners and internal teams (Sales, Industry Units, Service
Lines, Marketing, Delivery, ESU).
Coordinate enablement
programs for sales and delivery teams on partner offerings and value
propositions.
Represent partner governance
forums, QBRs, and executive reviews.
Establish governance models,
KPIs, and regular performance reviews with partners.
Monitor alliance health,
risks, and compliance, recommending corrective actions where needed.
Prepare executive dashboards,
reviews, and insights for leadership
Stay current on partner
roadmaps, industry trends, competitive landscape, and ecosystem opportunities.
Identify new partnership
opportunities that enhance offerings and differentiation.
