Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, data analysis, and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Tableau and SQL, as well as leading a team of data analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Tableau and SQL
  • Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance on data analysis and reporting
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and data analysis
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and team members

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Tableau
  • Experience with Looker and VBA is a plus
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
