General Manager/Assistant General Manager - Project Finance

Location

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project finance strategies to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Raise working capitals through various financing options, such as debt and equity
• Create and manage financial models to evaluate project feasibility and potential returns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and partners

Requirements

• 9-15 years of experience in project finance, with a strong background in fund raising, market research and analysis, strategic finance, financial modeling, and raising working capitals
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling tools and techniques, such as Excel and financial software
