Project Manager - Data Center Cabling Design & Implementation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to project plans and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in data center cabling design and implementation.
• Strong background in project planning, resource allocation, project review, project execution, and project monitoring.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
