Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of enterprise-level Change Management Programs alignment with business goals and successful adoption of initiatives, technologies, and transformations.

Serve as a strategic advisor in conducting in-depth organizational diagnostics and stakeholder impact assessments to inform change strategy.

Pitch and articulate the value of Change Management capabilities to prospective and existing ones, contributing to business development efforts including RFPs, solutioning, and renewal negotiations.
 
Must Have Skills

Should have experience in leading client-facing programs with significant business impact.

Should have experience in digital transformation, transition management, or enterprise technology rollouts is a strong plus.
