Responsibilities
To monitor the Recruitment dashboard, execute unit specific performance
management framework and initiatives.
To review HR Operations Effectiveness at regular intervals.
To co-ordinate with onsite HR SPOC on closure of issues of onsite.
To execute unit specific performance management framework and
initiatives.
To define the quarterly communication plan, deploy Rewards &
Recognition program
Must Have skills
Should have experience as a HR Generalist for minimum 2 years.
MBA Fresher from a B school can also apply.
Should be open for UK shifts.
Must be able to handle Hiring, Performance Management, Employee
engagement, Employee assistance and HR Operations.
