Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor the nursing team, managing duty rosters and
daily assignments.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and clinical
guidelines.
Manage drug inventory, track expiry dates, and place stock
orders.
Monitor patient care quality and maintain accurate medical
records.
Skill Set
Assisting in clinical procedures and diagnostics.
Leadership and team management to supervise, mentor, and
coordinate nursing staff
Emergency and crisis management with the ability to make quick,
sound decisions under pressure
