PDI Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PDI Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting predelivery new car inspections, ensuring adherence to new car technical norms, and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Conduct predelivery new car inspections to ensure compliance with new car technical norms and quality standards.
- Process requests for replacements through the warranty process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Verify adherence to safety norms and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of PDI processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong knowledge of new car technical norms and quality standards.
- Excellent inspection and quality checking skills.
- Ability to process requests for replacements through the warranty process efficiently.
- Strong understanding of safety norms and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
