Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead global service delivery operations and client engagement programs.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery against client requirements.
Drive operational excellence across Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order Management, Sales Orders, Deductions, Inventory Management, and Reporting,
Lead and motivate global teams while ensuring adherence to client policies and processes
Manage delivery risks, escalations, and governance with senior stakeholders.
Support planning and execution with client Steering Teams.

Must have skill:
Should have experience in order management, quote to cash and in sales and fulfillment.
