To drive the global HR compliance
strategy, governance frameworks, and regulatory adherence across multiple
geographies.
To support development of a global HR
compliance strategy aligned with organizational goals.
To track and monitor global adherence
to HR policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
To identify and mitigate compliance
risks across countries.
To implement knowledge management
aligned with business needs.
Must Have skills
Should have completed MBA in HR
Should have done Certification in
Compliance / Risk Management / HR Governance
Must have exposure to audit frameworks
and regulatory reporting
Must have global exposure and Global
exposure and hands-on experience in audits
