Job Description O2C COE Lead – Autonomous Finance & Working Capital Transformation
Key Responsibilities O2C COE Leadership
• Lead the O2C Center of Excellence (COE) for global Finance & Accounting Services.
• Build next-generation O2C offerings aligned to Autonomous GBS and AI-led finance operations.
• Drive strategic solutioning across:
o Credit management
 o Billing o Collections
 o Cash application
o Deductions/dispute management
o Trade promotion settlement
o Customer master governance
o Working capital optimization
• Support large deal pursuits, consulting engagements, and client transformation programs globally. Autonomous O2C & AI-Led Innovation
• Design autonomous receivables operating models leveraging:
o Generative AI
o Intelligent automation
o Predictive collections
o AI-driven deduction coding
o Autonomous dispute workflows
o Process mining
o Advanced analytics
o Digital workflow orchestration
• Conduct O2C maturity assessments and value discovery workshops for CFOs and GBS leaders.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks tied to measurable cash and liquidity impact.
• Advise clients on operating model redesign, governance, policy harmonization, and KPI transformation. Platform & Technology Expertise Strong hands-on and solutioning expertise in:
• SAP S/4HANA O2C processes Matters O2C is no longer just a transactional receivables function.
