Sourcing Manager & Lead (China & Vietnam Market)

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager & Lead to lead our sourcing efforts in the China and Vietnam markets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, procurement, and supplier management, with a proven track record of cost optimization and supplier acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business objectives in the China and Vietnam markets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiations and contract management
  • Source and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Analyze and compare RFQs to ensure best value for the company
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier databases, including SEDEX certification
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the automotive accessories industry

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in e-commerce, procurement, and supplier management
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Alibaba
  • Experience with supplier negotiations and contract management
  • Ability to analyze and compare RFQs to ensure best value
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and cost optimization
  • Experience with supplier databases, including SEDEX certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or logistics
