Marketing Manager & Lead (e-commerce Seller Central Operations)

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager & Lead to join our e-commerce Seller Central Operations team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in bid planning, inventory coordination, sales trend analysis, and Amazon marketplace management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and improve digital performance on Amazon.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and improve digital performance on Amazon
  • Plan and manage bids on Amazon Seller Central to optimize sales and revenue
  • Coordinate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and execute campaigns for existing and new products on Amazon
  • Conduct marketing analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing spend
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central operations to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon algorithm changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Utilize tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to analyze market trends and optimize marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 4-12 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and Amazon Seller Central operations
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace and Amazon Seller Central operations
  • Experience with bid planning, inventory coordination, sales trend analysis, and Amazon PPC strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
