Description:
Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ documents to understand customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
Develop end-to-end proposal content including: o Executive summaries o Solution descriptions and methodologies o Value propositions and differentiators
Customize responses to align with client industry, pain points, and business objectives
Work closely with sales, pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather inputs
Translate technical and business inputs into clear, customer-focused narratives
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all proposal documents
Ensure proposal responses are fully compliant with RFP instructions and scoring criteria
Maintain and update proposal content libraries, templates, and reusable assets
Capture win/loss feedback to continuously improve proposal quality

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in English,
Communications, Journalism.
Certification in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) is a plus
7 to 17 years of experience in business and proposal writing with excellent command of English
Familiarity with Business Process, F&A, HR and Supply Chain
Understanding of proposal lifecycle. Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information
Experience writing structured, persuasive, and client-centric proposals
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Strong MS Word & PowerPoint skills.
