Director/Sr. VP - O2C (Delivery + Transformation)

Responsibilities

• Lead the O2C function in Gurgaon & Jaipur, driving transformation and delivery excellence
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including CXO-level interactions, to ensure alignment and support
• Oversee team leadership, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, driving continuous improvement and process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformations and business growth
• Develop and maintain intelligence on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of experience in O2C Transformation, O2C Delivery, Strategy & Growth, Intelligence Finance Operations, Stakeholder & Client Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership, Stakeholder Management, SLA/KPI adherence, Digital Transformations, CXO-level relationships, Team Leadership, Business Transformation, and business strategy
• Proven track record of driving business growth, transformation, and operational excellence
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive data-driven decision-making
