Job Title- FP&A - AVP/VP

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management and other stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools and software
