AVP F&A Delivery - Manufacturing Pune

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA/CA/CPA preferred.

• 18–22+ years of experience in F&A operations with significant delivery leadership exposure in BPO / Shared Services / GBS environments.

• Proven experience managing large, multi-client portfolios with end-to-end delivery and P&L ownership.

• Strong understanding of global finance processes, operating models, and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading transformation, automation, and continuous improvement programs.

• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and global clients within Manufacturing Industry – Global Ecosystem is highly desirable.

 The Delivery Head – Manufacturing  is a senior leadership role accountable for end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations across strategic Manufacturing global industry clients.

The role owns service delivery excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and transformation agenda across large, complex engagements spanning multiple geographies. This position requires a strong blend of domain expertise in F&A, large-scale delivery management, stakeholder leadership, and continuous transformation to drive business outcomes, margin improvement, and account growth
