Job description
Roles and responsibility:
Experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development,
Leadership Development, Talent Assessments, or Strategic HR roles.
Lead enterprise-wide Talent Management initiatives including
talent reviews, succession planning, HiPo identification, leadership
assessments, and leadership development journeys to build a strong leadership
pipeline.
Act as a strategic OD consultant to business leaders by
delivering organization effectiveness interventions, capability-building
solutions, and best-in-class Talent Management practices across the
organization.
Hands-on experience with psychometric tools such as MBTI,
Hogan, OPQ, SHL, or similar assessment platforms.
Must have skill:
Should have experience in organizational development, succession planning, and in talent management.
