Job description
Must have 12+
years of experience in Life Sciences consulting/industry with strong exposure
to patient services, HUB operations, and access programs.
Deep
expertise in PAP, copay, affordability programs, and end-to-end patient access
ecosystem.
Strong
knowledge of Market Access including rebates, contracts, GTN, and 340B program
dynamics.
Experience
in specialty pharma and rare disease commercialization landscapes.
Understanding
of payer, PBM, provider, and pharmacy interactions and financial/process flows.
Hands-on
experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), HUB platforms, and analytics
solutions.
Ability to
translate business needs into IT architecture with strong stakeholder and
change management skills.
Familiarity
with AI-driven patient service solutions and ability to work in fast-paced
consulting environments.
