Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end solution design and deal
architecture for large and complex client opportunities across global markets.
Understand client business challenges and convert
requirements into scalable and competitive solution models.
Lead presales activities including opportunity
assessment, bid qualification, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and proposal development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
Delivery, Finance, Technology, HR, and Sales to develop winning solutions.
Ensure solutions align with client expectations,
delivery capabilities, and business strategy.
Lead due diligence discussions and client workshops
Skill set
Strong experience in end-to-end solution design,
deal architecture, presales strategy, and creating competitive solutions for
large opportunities.
Experience in FTE-based, transaction-based,
outcome-based, and hybrid commercial models with strong pricing and deal
structuring capabilities.
Hands-on experience in managing RFP, RFI, RFQ
responses, proposal creation, bid qualification, and pursuit management.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives, influence
decision-making, and support business growth objectives.
