Job description
Roles and Responsibilties:
Processing customer orders, coordinating with logistics and
warehouse teams, tracking shipments, resolving order-related issues to the
order fulfilment.
Verify order details, pricing, inventory availability, and
delivery schedules and monitor order status from initiation to final order
completion.
Process and manage customer orders in ERP/CRM systems and maintain
accurate order records and documentation.
Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and billing issues.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and
logistics partners for complex international shipments including border
crossing compliance.
Generate reports related to order processing and fulfilment.
