Product Owners must be skilled in work refinement - breaking requirements into Epics
and Stories
Experience in
Banking domain
Experience
with banker and teller tools is a plus
Must also
have experience with traditional agile delivery tools and methods like
velocity/capacity management and sprint/quarterly
Predominantly
testing-oriented experience
Retail banking - must
Scrum Master
Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum, SAFe, JIRA and Confluence
Preferred - Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum
Master)
Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile
Insurance domain experience in mandatory.
